What countries does KT Artists deliver to?

KT Artists delivers across Ireland, United Kingdom, Europe. We also deliver to the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

How is artwork delivered to my address?

Original Paintings

We professionally package each original artwork in secure packaging ready for a safe delivery by FedEx to your address.

Fine Art Prints Unframed.

Fine Art prints are printed and beautiful fine art printing paper. We seal these inside sturdy cardboard postal tubes for safe delivery to your address.

Fine Art Prints framed.

Our framing experts carefully package your framed fine art print to ensure it arrives at your address safely.

We use the Irish postal service An Post to deliver prints to your address.

All deliveries must be signed for and ensure that there is someone at your address to sign.

Please check condition of goods before you receive them and only sign if you are happy that they are not damaged.

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

Once we receive your payment we will proceed with your order. This is usually within 24 hours, however the delivery time depends on the type of order and quantity. This can be anything up to 2 or 3 weeks depending on the type of order and destination.

Original Paintings

Once your order is processed we professionally package the artwork for safe shipping by our courier partners to your address. Paintings are dispatched within 2 – 3 days. We will contact you if for some reason we are not able to dispatch within this time frame. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of paintings.

Fine Art Prints Unframed

Our fine art printing experts based in Dublin help to produce all our prints. It takes 2 to 4 business days for our printing partners to produce our limited edition. We a beautiful fine art printing paper to produce our prints. We then ship these prints to your destination address . Customers living in the UK and Ireland can expect delivery within a few days after. United States, Asia and Australia/New Zealand may take an extra 7  to 10 business days.

Fine Art Prints Framed

We use Fine art print and framing experts to produce stylish framed fine art prints. These prints take longer to produce compared to the unframed prints. We custom make each frame to deliver a beautiful finish and Acrylic used to give a similar appearance to glass. The production time for framed prints is approximately 5 to 7 business days. Once we receive the finished product, we ship it directly to your address. In total expect up to 14 business days for delivery.

How is shipping calculated?

We base our shipping charges on the size and weight of your order and the final destination. Our shipping costs can change at any time. You will see the shipping charge to your location on checkout.

Prints

Print shipping includes cost of secure packaging and the weight of shipment.

Paintings

Paintings shipping costs include cost of packaging and determined by the number of paintings ordered if more than 1 painting.

Shipments of Original Paintings or bulk orders may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. We have no idea what your country may charge you when you receive your items.


PAYMENT INFORMATION

How do we process your payment?

We wait for your payment to be verified and then proceed with your order. This usually occurs within 24 hours.

Our checkout takes place on a secure server. The billing and shipping destination details you enter here are safe on our secure server. When you click place order, you are taking away from the KT Artists website to a secure payment portal using the Stripe Payment system. Stripe is one of the world’s leading and most secure online payment methods used by millions of business across the world. KT Artists have no access to your credit card information.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We take your payment details and security very seriously. KT Artists has no access to your payment information. We use a world leading online payment and security company called Stripe to process your payment information. This payment method operates in a very similar way to PayPal. Stripe specializes on providing the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems all across the world. Your payment details are sent directly to Stripe, this prevents credit card information from being stolen. 

Prices displayed on all products by KT Artists

The prices listed on our website are valid at the time of order. Prices can change due to seasonal offers, sales, promotions. Prices can also change due to circumstances beyond our control such as manufacturing costs and delivery charges. This can also include changes to the rate of value added tax, order quantities and delivery destinations.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account with us to place an order. We have a guest checkout option available for a very quick shopping experience. We recommend that you create an account  because it makes your future shopping experiences with us better. 

This allows you to view orders at any stage, remember and keep track of your payment details and wishlists. It makes the shopping experience easier.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase up to 7 days from day of receipt.

Please check condition of artworks when the courier arrives.  Sign if you are happy that they are not damaged. If product is damaged on delivery please notify us immediately.

Returned or exchanged artworks must be in the condition you received them. They must also include the original packaging and labels.

KT Artists cannot provide refunds on your order if mishandled or damaged after you signed for delivery.

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
